I'm holding a kettlebell which comes in various weights and sizes. You can use them when performing lunges, lifts, squats, shoulder presses and just about any other exercise. Using them in your workouts can burns up to 20 additional calories per minute: about as much as running a 6-minute mile. Consider including kettlebells as part of your next workout to boost the intensity, or simply for a change of pace.
