This AWESOME Pose below is a Uttanasana Pose (Or Forward Bend Pose): It stretches the hips, hamstrings, and calves, Strengthens the thighs and knees, Keeps your spine strong and flexible, Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, Calms the mind and soothes the nerves, Relieves tension in the spine, neck, back, and Activates the abdominal muscles, much like sit-ups. If you can't go all the way to the ground, you may use a box or stable object to place your hands on top. And if you can't bring your head all the way to your knees(as I'm doing in the video), don't worry, keep practicing and eventually you will be able to do so. Be blessed and keep working out!
